LOCATION:  The ranch is located approximately one mile southwest of D’Hanis, Texas on the west side of CR 512.

HUNTING and FISHING: The hunting consists of whitetail deer, wild turkey, doves, and feral hogs.  The fishing in the large tank is outstanding that is stocked with large mouth bass and catfish. 

TAXES: The taxes are under agricultural use exemption.

PRICE:  The price is $3850 per acre cash to seller.

MINERALS:   The seller will transfer all minerals and royalty interests they own to buyer and it is believed to be 100% with understanding that buyer can confirm with title search.
